 Violence in Gypsy Families

The domestic violence is a negative phenomenon that is affecting many Gypsy families from Romania. This paper presents a qualitative research through which I tried to collect information about the spread and seriousness of this phenomenon. Within the research carried on with the Association of Gypsy Women for our Children Support, I applied 20 interviews to Gypsy women from different Gypsy communities in Timis County, victims of domestic violence.
