The emergence of the global crisis due to the Covid-19 virus has led to measures such as social distancing, self-isolation, quarantine, but also the worldwide closure of schools. Children with special educational needs are exposed to low school performance and isolation. Thus, this paper analyzes the situations of children with special educational needs during the pandemic, from the perspective of learning support teachers. This qualitative approach included 6 interviews. The research results revealed that respondents experienced difficulties in teaching online, more work hours, but good school attendance and positive collaboration with parents.
