There is a close connection between society and treatment for people with disabilities. One of these kinds of treatment refers to special education which is being marked by the occurrence and development of certain very special conceptions. The ethic imperative referring to children education is a recent phenomenon. Presently, children education is correlated with age, though for a long time they were considered adults. Only in the 17th century the idea of special care was taken into consideration.
