The present paper analyze how the offenders from Probation Services have been influenced by the group of friends in order to adopt delinquency behavior. In order to find out how the crime was committed, in groups or alone, it was evaluated 1065 persons from Probation Service records 2008-2012, 578 persons which were drawn up evaluation reports and 487 convicted persons with prison, with the sentence suspended under the supervision of the Probation Service in the years 2008 and 2012. The premise from which we started in this process was the fact that onset of crime occurs most often in adolescence, the period of personality construction and character of the future adult, when the influence of the group of friends can have positive or negative effects for a longer period. The study has identified that over 50% of the minors/persons less than 18 years for which was drawn up the evaluation reports have committed the crime within a group, and people who found themselves in the supervision of the Probation Service have committed the crime within a group, at a rate of over 70%.
