 Factors Related with Abuse Against Delinquent Juveniles

This article provides in a concise manner some basic concepts related with different kinds of abuse presented as they were described in literature. Our experimental study aims to identify causes and forms of abuse to witch are subjected street children who have committed offences, assessed by Bucharest Probation Service (BPS) at the request of courts. The study revealed that taking into account different kinds of abuse (physical, emotional, sexual and by neglect) the abuse by neglect is predominantly. Also the study captured o strong interdependency between different kinds of risk factors (dysfunctional families, with many members and poor economic situation and location, a low educational level) and forms of abuse suffered by subjects.
