The process of European construction always has reflected the need to maintain equilibrium between the social and economic dimension. Therefore, the European social policy covers many areas having distinct diversities by freedom of work travelling, social protection system coordination, equality of chances between men and women, as well as health and security at the work place including synchronising certain precautions of labour permit.
