 Work Motivation in Social Organisations Management

The economical, social changes in the contemporary times lead to important movements in order to adapt the human being to his social and professional milieu. For an instance, the individual aptitudes could be “measured” directly by performances and personality dynamics. The factors regarding personality were evaluated by a series of criteria that were targeted by the professional area: the criterion of professional integration, the criterion of adapting to performance standards, the criterion of accomplishment and professional stability.
