Work Efficient Approach to Maternal Assistance County Network

As most of the counties in our country, the implementation of placement system for children in difficulty under the protection of professional maternal assistants started in Bistriţa-Năsăud County in 1998. The system developed continuously and offered services that were in permanent diversification.
