The values represent the expression of collective preferences and beliefs that are, in the same time, fundamental orientations and general preferences. Therefore, in any type of society, social objectives action determination is being manifested by collective values. Systematically organized these values generate an assembly of independent variables. (Boudon,Besnard, Cherkaoui, Lecuyer, 1996, p. 312).
