 The State of the Staff from Social Work Public System

The insufficient funds given (or rather the deficient financing mechanisms) and the lack of specialists from the social work public system, were, above all, the most discussed issues to justify the weak efficiency of social work public system. If the first issue can be argued using sufficient quantitative data and the arguments were being supported by limited observations of the personal experiences or some estimation were given over some qualitative data. The estimation of the specialists from the social work public system can significantly contribute to create an accurate image over the human resources the local public authorities have in order to create social work services that the Law 705/2001 provides regarding the social work national system.
