Attempting to explain human development, it has explored over time, the way we acquire higher levels of knowledge, as well as human changes and transformation, but also the relationships caused between environmental factors and the manifestation of certain behaviors. Human development has been analyzed using the perspective of phylogeny, which describes the evolution of the species or ontogeny, which refers to individual development within the species. Both influence each other, the evolution of a person being the result of the interaction of appropriate genetic information formed after individual experiences. Thus, in order to be able to understand particularities of abandoned and adoptable child, it is necessary to know the ways in which it develops, interacts with the environment and forms the personality, in order to be able to observe it, to recognize his needs, emotions, traits, feelings, as well as what determines his conduct, so that we can then manage the relationship with him and offer him support in order to ensure the evolution.
