Modern information and communication technology offers to the users the opportunity to quickly obtain information, to be always up to date with what is happening in society and on a professional level as well as to communicate in real time with others. The Internet, computer, digital technology, the software associated with the network devices, the mobile phones, all are considered part of the modern technology. Not only at the level of society but also within the family, the technology can put its mark and thus, it can lead to positive or negative consequences on the family life, on the communication process between the members, on their activities. At the same time, access to various content promoted by the modern media can lead to or encourage intolerant attitudes towards minorities or may have negative consequences on the physical and mental health of users.
