The development and consolidation of the professional competence of the social workers through supervision contributes to the quality of the social services. It is necessary for this profession with a remarkable theoretical and practical dynamic. The supervision reunites various activities through a systematical approach. The professional training in the context of work and the professional development can be dealt with together in the supervision programmes.
