 Socio-Affective Development Disorders of Institutionalized Child. From The Survival Objective towards the Happiness Objective in Social Work for Children

The most concern psychological phenomenon afferent to the institutionalization of the child is defacement of affective life and development of socio-affective personality. The mainly cause is represented, without doubt, by the imperfections of the socio-human environment from institutions, the precarious interpersonal relationships, between worker-child relations and child-child relations. It is about the human factors and also about the organizational factors. This article tries to explore the ”archaeology”, of psychology of institutionalized child, to discover the negative effects in psychic structure and function, of socio-affective maltreatments acts, with accent on the features of soul formation and the development of some reactive psychological malformations, which can have dramatically consequences on the whole personality formation process and on child socio-adaptive formation ability for the expectation of growing up and the detachment from the social assistance. We will identify some institutional causes and strategies of the socio-affective maltreatment phenomenon, as well as, will do some modest recommendations.
