To promote and maintain a best state of health of the population requires an essential function for any society. This becomes a priority objective for the contemporary society where the number of those bereft of adequate resources is increasing. Under these circumstances is obvious that the specialists and people in need unease require the society capacity to maintain in the social cycle those who have numerous medical and psychological problems.
