 Sex, Gender and Culture Differences

Communication is a complex process and, in order to be effective, it is required that all its steps and components function accordingly. Though, in the way of a good communication there are several series of barriers. This article analyses the causes influencing the communication process, emphasizing the elimination of certain traditional views regarding gender and sex. Different examples out of different approaches are given emphasizing its effects over style, as well as methods to avoid confusions. The role of authority in communication process is also approached in this article, as well as groups’ influence in forming the communication style.
