 Public-Private Partnership in Providing Public Services

Social work represents an operative manner to implement social protection programs for the categories/ groups of people at risk. Therefore, by the specialized services, social work is based on a system of social services by the central and local authorities, NGOs, and international organisations. In social work area the public-private partnership is framed in a formula that obeys the objectives of a good functioning of social work system. The interaction between the national and local level of social policies and responsibility distribution according with institutional competences represent the main premises of functioning of public-private partnership in social work.
