The institutionalised minor protection is a conscious and responsible activity achieved by the legal authorities for the good functioning of child social protection system. Therefore, is a self-regulation of society as a reply to certain dysfunctions occurred at the family level and it has protection connotations addressed to certain category bereft of means of subsidence which might lead to severe dysfunctions such as delinquency, social movements, country external image degradation.
