 Pattern of Social Work Intervention

In the last two decades, social services were in continuous evolution which generated a change of perception regarding social worker role. The intervention model allows the approach over difficulties people are facing with. Used accordingly, they can eliminate obstacles for problem solving solutions. From this perspective, social worker needs to help the person in need. Therefore, the social worker becomes the agent of change by intervention over the crisis situation.
