Georgeta Pânișoară, the coordinator of the volume titled Parenting from A to Z. 83 Challenging Topics for Today’s Parents (2022), holds a habilitated doctorate in Educational Sciences and is a professor in the Department of Applied Psychology and Psychotherapy within the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences at the University of Bucharest. She teaches courses in the psychology of learning and education, as well as verbal and nonverbal communication, among others. She coordinates the “Child Psychology & Parenting” collection at Editura Polirom, where she has authored numerous successful volumes, including: Resilience – The Path to Success and Balance for Children and Their Parents (2024), The Psychology of Learning. How Do Children and Adults Learn? (coordinator, 2019), Childhood and Adolescence. Current Challenges in Educational and Developmental Psychology (coordinator, in collaboration, 2016), the Medals of Success trilogy (in collaboration, 2012, 2013, 2014), The Psychology of the Modern Child (coordinator, 2011), Integration in Organizations. Steps Toward Successful Management (2006), Effective Motivation (2005), and Human Resource Management (in collaboration, 2004, 2005, 2016). She has coordinated or participated in numerous research grants and has been a keynote speaker or author at national and international conferences. She conducts workshops, webinars, and training programs in the field of parenting. She is also the author of several educational games (First Aid, 2021; Festina Lente, 2019; Personality Game, 2018; The Emotion Challenge, 2017)
