Organizing the Social Work Public Services at Territorial Level

First of all, I think that the new law regarding the social work public services is more than welcomed. The economic, social and democratic development in the last twelve years that passed from the Revolution drew to our attention multiple activities which we should have done and we must do it in the social area. The new social reality imposed the authorities to take measures, without having specialized public services, the qualified staff and the necessary funds to manage this state of issues. This is the reason why the new law which has just been approved, gives the possibility for the local public authorities to create social services, a fact that is regarded more than welcomed.
