The main topic of this article is the promotion of centers for children and young adults, aged between 6 and 27, as well-being promoters of any society affected by the Pandemic and seeks a comparison between the youth clubs in Germany – centers with open doors for all those interested in promoting this field of activity and those in Romania, in their current form of operation. During my research, I was particularly interested in similarities such as demographic aging, poverty, the situation of education, population composition, and political reactions, keeping in mind that the historical past of these two states was different, with different regimes. These aspects transform an entire society. The German centers for children and young adults are often considered by visitors as a place of refuge, a second living room, a meeting place with atypical adults, anchored in adolescence, who understand them and do not judge. As a research method I used the technique of qualitative interview survey, addressed to specialists from both societies. In this way they received space and the opportunity to reflect on the needs and benefits obtained on the long run, being challenged at moments of imagination, through which they took over, for example, the role of the clients, remembering the time of their own adolescence.
