 Disabled Persons Vulnerability in Environments with High Incidence of Illegal Conduct

The study presents the results of a two-year research, accomplished with quantity and quality methods, regarding 255 individuals identified by the local police. Semi structured interviews provided information that have been corroborated with data bases developed by public order authorities and punctual clarifications performed by social workers. The obtained Individual files were the object of statistical analysis, to measure the incidence of certain indicators relevant for the environment and previous conditions impact on subjects` mental health, on their self-sustaining abilities and opportunities for integration in the local community.
