 Contributions to the Development of Gerontological Social Work

In the present article I will refer to several initiatives that have contributed to the development of gerontological social work in Romania. Basically, it's about setting the Master of Social Gerontology at the Faculty of Sociology and Social Work at the Babes-Bolyai University of Cluj-Napoca, and about the implementation of two European projects on vocational skills necessary to assist, elderly care and counseling.
