Child abuse is a problem with manifold negative effects in the present, but in the future too. The child cannot understand why is being abused, he can’t defend himself and he is completely vulnerable in this situation.
The laws of Romania become harsher because of the grown number of child abuse registered by the authorized institutions.
In the communism, in general, abandoned children were the result of the abortion interdiction dictated by the law. Today the abandoned children phenomenon exists because of the poverty, the tender age of the mother or the absence of information regarding means of contraception.
The divorce between parents and disorganized family can be two decisive factors if we decide to talk about the juvenile delinquency or the physical and psychical effect of the child growth.
