Latzer, Y., Shklarski, L. (eds.). (2024), (1st ed.). Routledge. 254 pages. https://doi.org/10.4324/9781003414445

The book, edited by Latzer, Y. and Shklarski, L., explores social work education during the COVID-19 pandemic across 14 chapters, presenting evidence from 9 countries, all authored by social workers. Some countries are featured more prominently in the book, with multiple chapters dedicated to their experiences. To make it easier for readers to follow, the editors structured the book into four thematic sections focused on issues of (1) Teaching and Learning, (2) Field Education/ Social Work Practice, (3) Focusing on Supporting Students, (4) Learning while Focusing on Community. Each thematic section includes three or four dedicated chapters. The authors follow a similar structure, with each chapter concluding with a "Take-Home Messages" section that highlights the key issues discussed in their manuscript.
