The author, Professor Doru Buzducea, possesses extensive research experience on at-risk groups and the social challenges they face at the individual, community, and societal levels. From the outset of the book, he clarifies that it is a collection of his previous publications. This book holds significant value for social work practitioners, educators, and students alike, as it offers a comprehensive perspective on previous research involving teenagers and the youth population living with HIV/AIDS, along with programs designed to assist this highly at-risk group.
