The book “Doing Qualitative Research in Social Work”, written by Ian Shaw and Sally Holland both acknowledged professors of Social Work, intends as they stated in the introduction of the book “to provide a one-stop reference point for all the deliberation, decision and practices that entailed in qualitative research in social work”. Thus the book claims to provide a comprehensive reading for both researchers and social work managers, policy makers.
