Aspecte referitoare la modalitatea de gestionare a persoanelor care suferă de boli pshice aflate în supravegherea Sistemului de Probaţiune, în perioada pandemică [Aspects Regarding the way of Managing People with Mental Ilness in the Probation System during the Pandemic]

The analysis of the specific ways of managing people under probation supervision system who suffer from mental disorders is useful, allowing to observe the factors that lead to adapting or not the behaviour to the provisions of the criminal sentence during the supervision period, probation officers being able to identify their needs and plan the intervention strategy in accordance with the findings. The Sars Cov 2 pandemic created new challenges, involving technology in the probation services practice.
