This study was based on the analysis of scientific papers published in the last 10 years for important topics that targeted cancer survivors from Germany, Ireland, France, Croatia, Czech Republic, Greece, Italy, Poland, Spain, United States of America, China and Canada. The data analysis aimed to obtain answers to the questions of the existence of screening for cancer survivors at an international level, the risk of suicide and the identification of social factors that have an impact on cancer survivors and their health status. Cancer survivors internationally are vulnerable people who need social support, counseling, screening for physical and mental health. They are exposed to different risk factors, which can affect their health and lead to suicide or mortality. It is recommended to analyze the existing situation in each country, as well as to initiate, develop and implement health policies appropriate to the needs of cancer survivors and their family members.
