Action plan for Implementing Law No 116/2002 for Preventing and Combating the Social Marginalisation

The Ministry of Labour and Social Solidarity is monitoring the implementation of Law no. 116/2002 regarding preventing and combating social marginalisation and noticed that it was not put in practice by the institutions in charge. As a consequence, social protection could not be implemented and there were no measures taken regarding the Law no. 116/2002.
