About us

Social Work Review is aiming to be a meeting place for ideas, a mean of dissemination of researches, good practices, experiences in the field of social work, but also of policies serving as a social change agent. Articles from all areas of social work are welcomed. There will be published innovative articles, researches, and comments of policies, practices and their implications for social workers. The Journal is aiming at becoming a forum of debate for all those interested of social work in Romania and abroad, such as academics, social workers, researchers, students, decision-makers or other professionals wishing to be up-to-date with recent theories, approaches, practices and policies in the field.

Social Work Review appears four time a year: March, June, September and December. Each article is peer-reviewed by two reviewers. Submission of articles is welcomed every month. For announced thematic issues, the deadlines for article submission are:
