Youth employment became nowadays one of the most important social problems due to the high rates of not working 15-24 youngsters in the whole Europe. This situation requires a policy change in the field of skills and abilities offered by the formal education system. And because of the increase of its number of graduates, mainly higher education should assume these changes. It seems that what employers are now asking from job applicants are the “soft”’ skills like creativity and entrepreneurship for innovation, or other “soft” skills (such as interpersonal relations). Formal qualification, foreign languages or computer skills seem not to be enough!
