The institutional construction proposed by the government decision 430/2001, “The National Strategy to Improve Roma Population Situation” is a mixed committee for implementation and supervision the strategy. This is a party that is responsible for the control, planning and activity coordination shown in the structure of strategy measures composed by state secretaries of the responsible ministries to apply the government decision 430/2001 and leaders of Roma organization.
